What does Sparks Flow's AI assistant actually do?
When you ask Flow to draft a job ad, or when an applicant's resume comes in, AI is doing some of the reading and writing behind the scenes. It is a tool that helps you get through admin faster, not a decision maker. You still choose who to shortlist, who to interview, and who to hire. Flow puts the information in front of you clearly. The judgement stays with you.
What stays private on Sparks Flow?
I built Flow because I was tired of my family's private information being scattered across emails, spreadsheets and provider portals. So privacy was never an afterthought for me, it was the whole point. In practice, that means:
- Workers only ever see the shift or note they are texted a link for. They never see your dashboard, your other participants, or your confidential notes.
- Confidential owner notes stay with you. They are never visible to support workers, no matter what.
- Incident flags come straight to your dashboard, so nothing sits hidden in a note waiting to be found.
- You manage your own account and billing yourself, from Settings, so you are always the one in control of it.
What won't Sparks Flow guess at?
