Where does AI actually help in Sparks Flow?

When you create a job ad, Flow drafts it for you using the details already in the participant's profile, things like support needs and goals. You get a short version for social media and a longer one for job boards, and you can edit either before you post it.

When an application lands in your inbox, Flow reads the resume and pulls out the important bits, experience, qualifications, checks like a WWCC or NDIS worker screening, first aid, transport and availability, and puts it all onto a tidy applicant card. That saves you the job of reading every resume line by line before you shortlist.
