Sparks Flow is a web app, so there is nothing to download from an app store, you simply log in through your browser on a computer or phone, and you can add it to your home screen so it feels and behaves like an app. Your support workers never need to create an account or install anything at all, every task they do arrives as a text message with a secure link. That is the whole idea, keep the tech simple so you can spend your energy on running your team, not managing software.
Why was Sparks Flow built this way?
I built Flow because I was tired of juggling spreadsheets, texts and half a dozen logins just to run support for my own kids. As a mum of three neurodivergent children, and someone who has also run disability support providers, I wanted one calm place that worked the way families actually work, not another system to learn. So the technology sits quietly in the background. You should barely notice it is there.
How does the owner use Sparks Flow?
You run everything from the Sparks Flow dashboard on the web. It works on your phone's browser too, and installing it to your home screen just gives you a quick tap-in shortcut, there is no separate app to update or manage.
How do support workers use Sparks Flow?
They never touch the app itself. Every shift offer, task list and end-of-shift note arrives as a text with a secure link. They tap, do the thing, and that is it. No password to forget, no app to install.
