In short

Sparks Flow keeps deeper technical detail like hosting, databases and security architecture with its team rather than publishing it, because it is not information that helps you use Flow more safely, and it is not handed out generally. Email hello@sparksflow.app for specifics.

We know families managing their own support team are trusting us with sensitive information, so it's fair to ask. We keep the deeper technical detail with our team rather than publishing it here, but if you want specifics on hosting, databases or security architecture, email hello@sparksflow.app and we'll give you a proper answer.

Why doesn't Sparks Flow publish a full technical rundown?

Sparks Flow holds real information about real people: NDIS numbers, plan documents, support needs, incident details, and notes about children and adults who are often in vulnerable situations. Publishing a detailed map of our infrastructure doesn't help you use Flow more safely, and it's not information we hand out generally. What we can tell you plainly is how the everyday experience protects your family's information, and where to go if you want more.

What can Sparks Flow tell me now about how it protects data?

  • Support workers never get their own login or account. Everything they need arrives as a text message with a secure link, scoped to that shift or that task.
  • Confidential owner notes stay with the owner. Workers never see them, no matter what.
  • Incident flags go straight to the owner's dashboard, not into a general inbox or a shared space.
  • You run your own account. Billing, settings and who has access all sit under your control in Settings.
  • Flow works on the web and can be installed to your phone's home screen, so there's no separate app store account or extra login to manage.

What if I need more technical detail than that?

Some families, especially anyone with a background in IT or a plan manager asking on their behalf, want to know about hosting location, database structure, encryption standards or certifications. That's completely fair, and we'd rather give you a real answer than a guess dressed up as one. Email hello@sparksflow.app and our team will talk you through it properly.

How does Sparks Flow use AI?

If you're wondering how Flow uses AI, for example when it reads a resume or drafts a job ad, we keep that explanation short and separate. You'll find it at sparksflow.app/ai-use.

This page is general information about how Sparks Flow handles data, not a security certification or a substitute for your own IT or privacy advice.
